How To Measure your Self

Ok heres the measurment areas needed for female and male’s

and some pointers :)

 

1. Do not ! measure your self, have someone else measure you it is much more acurate

2. I will take cm and inchs I work with both

3. Double check measurments

4. the measurements you give me are the ones I will be working with so your garment is dependign on you to measure properly.

 

 

1. Neck circumfrence

2 A. across shoulders front

2 B. across shoulders back

3. Chest

4. Natural Waist ( measure this at the smallest part, if you rest your hands at your waist they will naturally sit there)

5.Hips ( measure this at the largest spot of your bum)

6. thigh circumfrence

7. knee circumfrence

8. ankle circumfrence

9. inseam (measured from your crotch to floor)

10. out seam

11. wrist circumfrence

12. upper arm circumfrence

13. arm length from shoulder to wrist ( find your shoulder bone and measure down from here)

14 A.  from nape of neck to crotch front

14 B.  from nape of neck to crotch back

15. from wasit to hip

16. from waist to floor
